A free flowing coarse powder processed from a superior strain of white onion. This product resembles cornmeal or granulated sugar in size. The flavor is very similar in characteristics to garlic, but is much milder and much sweeter.

Serving Suggestions:
Use in all savory applications. Use as a meat alone or with other seasonings. Mix with butter to create an onion butter for vegetable enhancement. Mix into biscuit or bread batters, salad dressings, and any recipe where easy dispersion of a onion flavor is desired.

Preparation:
May be used in dry form or combined with enough water to form a paste.
