I'm often asked how and why I got into the hot sauce business, well, I’ve been a fan of spicy food since I was a kid. My grandfather turned me on to ground chile peppers and I like a wide variety of spiced-up things. Over the years, hot sauce has been one more thing to make life more exciting. I found myself always mixing hot sauce together to get the right blend. I teamed up with David Ashley of Ashley Foods to create a Brew of my own. I use it myself. I don't just slap my name on the bottle. I was involved with every step of development; from the way the sauce tastes to the type of bottle and packaging concept. So what's next?
