"Just for you wimps"

For those of you who can't handle the butt scorching heat of my original hot sauce, Mike & Diane' s Gourmet Kitchen has created a kindler, gentler version that doesn't require flame retardant underwear. It has the same great "Award Winning" flavor but a lot less heat than my "man's style" sauce.

Ingredients: Pimientos (pimientos, water, citric acid), Vinegar, Red Pepper Puree (sweet red pepper, water, citric acid), Garlic, Serrano Chiles, Tomato Sauce (tomatoes, salt, red pepper, dehydrated onions, dehydrated garlic, natural flavors, citric acid), Spices, Salt, Sugar.  Heat Level: 2-3
