Add a Spicy Southwestern flare…. lightly coat vegetables before grilling or diced potatoes before roasting in the oven. Use as a seasoned rub for chicken, pork or beef.
GREEN CHILI BURGERS
Mix 2 teaspoons of Burger Starter per ¼ lb. raw ground beef, chicken or turkey.
Shape into patties and cook as desired.
For additional flavor, top burger with seasoning.
