A delicious medley of vegetables, seasonings and spice to create moist and
flavorful veggie burgers AND turkey burgers!
FOR VEGGIE BURGERS
Combine 1 drained can of beans, 1 egg, ½ cup bread crumbs and ¼ cup Veggie Burger Starter.
Chill 30 minutes. Form into 4 patties and cook in lightly greased skillet 2-3 minutes per side.
INGREDIENTS: Sweet onions, tomatoes (vine-ripened tomatoes, tomato juice, less than 2% of salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), roasted sweet red bell peppers, garlic, artichoke hearts, Dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spices), salt, brown sugar (contains molasses), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice concentrate, garlic powder, vegetable juice concentrate (carrot, celery, beet, parsley, lettuce, spinach and watercress), onion, black pepper, carrots, celery, mustard powder, fennel seed, celery seed, citric acid and ascorbic acid.
