Emeril’s Smoker Bag Recipe Contest

The “Emeril’s Smoker Bag Recipe Contest” (the “Contest”) was finalized at the Housewares Show by Chris and Anne Malone, the owners of Camerons Products and manufacturers of  Emeril’s Smoker Bags for Emeril Lagasse. When Emeril stopped by the Camerons Products  booth at the Housewares Show, he offered to kick the contest prize up a notch and give a dinner for 2 at Emeril’s Miami Beach restaurant the evening before the cruise departs.

CONTEST DETAILS:

• The contest will run from May 1^st through December 31^st  2010.
• The “best recipe” winner will be selected by Emeril from among 20 finalist recipes as selected by the Camerons Management Group.
• The winner will receive a $1,500.00 coupon for the cruise for travel sometime in Spring of 2011 plus dinner for 2 at Emeril’s Miami Beach Restaurant –valued at $200.00 on the evening before the cruise departs.

Entrants must create and submit an original recipe that involves using one of the Emeril’s Smoker Bags to the Camerons Management team as set forth in the Official Rules. The Camerons Management team will choose the top 50 recipes to be included in their new “Emeril’s Smoker Bags Recipe Collection” which will list the entrant’s name and state of residence. Of those 50 recipes, the top 20 recipes, as selected by the Camerons Management Group will then be sent to Emeril who will choose the winner.
