Which methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Paypal is also available. If you prefer to order by mail you may fill out our mail order form and submit a check along with your order.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! Our friendly customer service team would be happy to take your order over the phone. Our hours for live customer support are Monday - Friday 8:30AM -5:00PM EST. Call toll free: 1-866-646-4266

How will I know if you received my order and if it has shipped?

We will send you an automated email as soon as we receive your order. Please use this email to verify that all of the information you provided us with is correct. If their are any problems, you can always call us at 1-866-646-4266 or email customercare@famousfoods.com. We will send you a second email when your order has shipped. This email will contain a carrier tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping FAQ's

How long will it take for my order be processed and leave your warehouse?

Your order is processed immediately and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your order is shipped the same day we receive it. There are a few exceptions to be aware of however. First, we will not ship any perishable items such as meats or frozen food if they will not arrive at their destination before the weekend. Second, as noted on the information pages of certain items, we receive fresh shipments of these items once a week, we will ship your order on the day that we receive the fresh shipment to ensure that you are receiving the highest quality product.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands?

Yes, we will be glad to. Please select the Standard/Economy shipping option We offer Standard shipping by Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground for packages being delivered to HI, AK, PR and the US Virgin Islands. Please contact us for premium shipping cost to these locations. Please note, we do not ship meats and certain heavy items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Please review the item details for restrictions on certain items.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries outside the United States?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to APO boxes?

We ship to United States APO boxes by Post Office Priority Mail. However, Additional shipping may be required for heavy items. The Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping option is not offered to US APO boxes and as such we cannot ship temperature sensitive perishable items to APO boxes at this time.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Most small, non-perishable items are eligible for our standard/economy shipping rates. These rates can be found in this table. The Standard/Economy shipping rates are valid for shipments to the lower 48 states. Standard/Economy shipments to AK, HI, PR and the US Virgin Islands may require additional shipping. Shipping rates for Perishable items requiring expedited shipping and/or overweight/bulky items are calculated in real time by UPS and are based on destination zip code and the rated weight of the shipment.

Return FAQs

I have received my order and have a question or issue. What do I do?

In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return your merchandise, please notify FamousFoods.com within 10 days of receipt. (PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PERISHABLE ITEMS) We will instruct you on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund. We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address. Please note: No refunds or order cancellations after perishable items have been shipped. Items that are not in new condition or have been used will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
