In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if
the product received was defective or damaged please notify our Customer
Service Department immediately upon receipt.
We will make every effort to
resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused
condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your
item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused
condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item,
along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and
traceable, to the following address.
How Do I Return a Package?
Please note: No refunds or order cancellations after perishable items have been
shipped. Items that are not in new condition or have been used will not be
accepted for refund or exchange.
If you need to return your merchandise, please notify
FamousFoods.com within 10
days of receipt. (PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PERISHABLE ITEMS) We will instruct you
on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund.
