A Problem With Your Order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt.  We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  

How Do I Return a Package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please notify within 10 days of receipt.  (PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PERISHABLE ITEMS)  We will instruct you on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund.  

We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund).  For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.
Please note:
No refunds or order cancellations after perishable items have been shipped. Items that are not in new condition or have been used will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Shipping and Order FAQ's


Please remember that UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.  Plan your shipping options accordingly.  When estimating your shipping time, please allow 24 hours for internal processing and packing and only count business days in your estimate.  When receipt date is critical, please feel free to contact customer service to confirm expected shipping and delivery date.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to order by mail you may fill out our mail order form and submit a check along with your order.

How long will it take for my order be processed and leave your warehouse?
Your order is processed immediately and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your order is shipped the same day we receive it. Their are a few exceptions to be aware of however. First, we will not ship any perishable items such as meats or frozen food if they will not arrive at their destination before the weekend. Second, as noted on the information pages of certain items, we receive fresh shipments of these items once a week, we will ship your order on the day that we receive the fresh shipment to ensure that you are receiving the highest quality product.

How will I know if you received my order and if it has shipped? 
We will send you an automated email as soon as we receive your order. Please use this email to verify that all of the information you provided us with is correct. If their are any problems you can always call us at 1-866-646-4266 or email We will send you a second email when your order has shipped. This email will contain a carrier tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep. 

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands?
Yes, we will be glad to.  Please select the Standard/Economy shipping option  We offer Standard shipping by Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground for packages being delivered to HI, AK, PR and the US Virgin Islands.  Please contact us for premium shipping cost to these locations.  Please note, we do not ship meats and certain heavy items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.  Please review the item details for restrictions on certain items.  

Do you ship to Canada and outside the United States?
We do not ship internationally at this time.  

Do you ship to APO boxes?
We ship to United States APO boxes by Post Office Priority Mail.  However, Additional shipping may be required for heavy items
.  The Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping option is not offered to US APO boxes.

Large Quantities and Heavy Items

Posted Shipping rates are not factored for large quantities or for items identified as "Heavy Items".  Additional Shipping costs may be required.  Please contact Customer Service.


Perishable Products
This section applies to any order that requires an insulated box and cold packs for shipment.

Although we instruct UPS to leave your order at your door without signature, please arrange to have someone available to receive your perishable goods from UPS at the address you specify and refrigerate your products immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for delays in receipt should the UPS at its discretion not leave your package for security reasons or any other reason at an unattended shipping address you specify. All of our perishable products are shipped to arrive within 48 hours (UPS 2-Day) or 72 hours (UPS 3-Day) of shipment. Please keep in mind that we ONLY ship perishable orders on Monday and Tuesday to ensure your order does not sit in the carriers warehouse over a weekend period.  Your order is shipped in super insulated boxes with sufficient cold packs to keep your order cool during the journey.  Please note that we are NOT able to process perishable orders to PO Boxes OR areas outside the continental US (48 states).  Furthermore, please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipment outside of our control (i.e. snow), an incorrect shipping address or if you are not available to accept your delivery.   No refunds or order cancellations after perishable items have been shipped.

Perishable product restrictions:

  • Meat orders cannot be gift wrapped.    
  • MINIMUM ORDER: 5 lbs (Mix and Match)   
  • You must select  Two Day or Next Day Shipping at Checkout 

If you are ordering perishable items and your area is experiencing extreme heat conditions, we recommend you select the Next Day shipping option or postpone your order until cooler conditions prevail.

A note about chocolate covered products and products that may melt if subjected to warm temperatures
Some items like chocolates and candies do not require expedited shipping or an insulated box and cold packs. However, If we are shipping your order to a warm climate and you are concerned about this type of product melting in transit, we would be happy to add an insulated box and cold packs to your order for an additional $5.
