Grilled Pork Loin with Sweet and Easy Molasses Bam B Q Sauce

3 12 to 14 ounce pork tenderloins
2 tablespoons Emeril's Rib Rub
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups Emeril's Sweet and Easy Molasses

Preheat the grill to medium-heat, about 350F.

Wash and pat dry the tenderloins. In a small mixing bowl combine the Emeril's Rib Rub with the olive oil and form a paste. Rub the paste over the pork tenderloins and place them on the grill. Grill the tenderloins for 5 minutes, turning often to get a good sear and color on the tenderloins. Once the surface of the meat is slightly charred, move the loins to a cooler corner of the grill. Brush the tenderloins with the Sweet and Easy Molasses and turn occasionally. Be sure to cook the pork for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, turning and brushing the tenderloins often. Remove from the grill, let rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
