Kyocera's New Premier Elite Series features
their finest HIP ceramic blade for superior strength and sharpness. Etched with beauty, the blade is perfectly matched to a magnificent black Pakka wood handle. The premium ceramic blade is Hot Isostatically Pressed (HIP) which provides superior strength and sharpness. - Unrelenting Sharpness: The strength
and density of Kyocera’s advanced ceramic allows for precision diamond wheel
grinding to a precise sharp edge. The hardness translates into a rock-like

razor-sharp 10 times longer than conventional steel blades, including high
- Unparalleled Purity: Ceramic is a pure and healthy alternative. Unlike
steel blades, ceramic blades will never rust or change from its natural
state. It is totally impervious to acids, juices, oils, salts or other
elements. As a result, it will never alter the taste, smell or appearance of
food. The purity of the ceramic also makes it very easy to clean.
- Ultra Lightweight:
ceramic cutlery is typically half the weight of equivalent metal knives,
which require a full tang to achieve proper balance. Since the ceramic blade is so light, no artificial weight is added to
the handle. This creates an extremely well-balanced, lightweight tool that
becomes a comfortable extension of the hand, reducing fatigue during long
repetitive cutting tasks.
- Easy Maintenance: When these exceptional knives eventually do need to be resharpened, Kyocera offers complimentary re-sharpening with a nominal shipping & handling fee.
