A hot and spicy
blend of paprika, onion, garlic
and spices that offers a traditional Cajun flavor for blackening fish,
steak, or chicken. This product is dark orange to rust in color.
Use as a rub or sprinkle on
steaks, hamburgers, pork chops, fish, chicken and turkey tenderloins.
Delicious when used to pan saute shrimp or scallops.
Heat a cast iron skillet on high until it
turns white. rub seasoning (1 tablespoon per pound) over meat, place in hot skillet and top with 1 teaspoon butter. Cook 3-4 minutes, turn and cook 3-4 more minutes. Eat should be charred on the outside and medium-rare inside.
